“The file J:DCIM00APPLEIMG_0004.mp4 cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. I can go to “computer” from the start tab and open the files through quick time. so i figured if i made the default player Movie Maker i might trick it into playing. when i did that i got the error above. so i tried opening them through windows media player. it says the player is unknown but it can play the file just make sure its a trustworthy source. i click yes the i get thisWindows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.how do i get my videos into movie maker so i can edit them “
